Dear Clients,

please be informed that amendments were made to "COMMERZBANK (EURASIJA)" AO General Terms for Opening, Maintaining and Closing of Bank Accounts of Legal Entities (hereinafter - the "General Terms").

The core amendments are introduced into Clause 5.6 of the General Terms and are related to issues of banking secrecy protection.

The amendments come into force on April 1, 2017.
