Customer service opening hours

Dear Clients,

Hereby we would like to inform you that going forward, Commerzbank Zrt.’s regional centres (Győr, Kecskemét and Miskolc) and our colleagues will still be available to you in person as well as through the usual communication channels, however our customer service opening hours will be no longer applicable starting on 1st of September 2017, and our regional branches will no longer offer regular client service hours.

As you should expect, we are committed to ensure that you continue to receive a tailored and smoothly running client service experience. Should you want to take advantage of our customer support and advisory services in person in our regional centres (Győr, Kecskemét and Miskolc) hereafter, we kindly ask you to take into consideration that from 1st September 2017 onwards these will be available by appointment only.
